About our community conversations series

COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS Part IV: TheEvolution of Community

The fourth and final installment of our Community Convesation series in partnership with Lunarium on N Monroe is almost here. Join us on Friday, July 18th at 6:00pm for a live conversation about coming together as a community and what that means in our current climate and culture.  It's free to come be a part of an exchange of ideas and we encourage you to join the conversation.  We hope to see you there!

Community Conversation Part I: Censorship in Our Current Culture

Conversation, it’s a lost art form, it keeps us connected, it builds community.  I am proud to partner  with Lunarium in Spokane, WA to provide a space  to come together and talk to each other.  I hope you will join us as we explore subjects like censorship, cultural anxiety, community, and the creative fight. Welcome to our Community Roundtable, check our website for opportunities to come be part of the audience.

Community Conversation Part II: Dealing with A culture of Anxiety

Join Jonny as he continues to invite the community to talk about the important issues surrounding us. He welcomes special guest, licensed local social worker, Holly Meginniss, to talk about how to survive in a culture of anxiety    A big thank you to Lunarium (1925 N Monroe in Spokane WA) for hosting these important conversations

Community Conversation Part III: The Creative Fight

Join us in this third installment as we continue to invite the community to talk about the important issues surrounding us all in the current state of our country. There is more than one way to protest, to stand up and be seen.  In this installment we welcome guest. Duck E. Loveless (the sad clown of Lilac City) to talk about using our creative sides in protest and self expression.

Community Conversation Part IV: The Evolving Definition of C

Join us as we welcome returning guests Duck E. Loveless and Holly Meginniss as we conclude our Community Conversations: Summer Series.  In our final discussion, we talk about the ever evolving definition of community. How has its meaning changed through the years and where has it come now? What must change to continue into the future?  This is a space to talk about real issues together, face to face.  We hope you will come out to future conversations. www.lunariumspokane.com
